Our Why
SHEstoration was created with one woman in mind: the woman behind the title.The woman who leads, serves, encourages, mentors, builds, and pours into everyone around her, yet rarely gives herself permission to pause and be poured into.
SHEstoration is a women’s leadership and personal enrichment initiative that creates space for women to pause, reflect, evolve, and lead with purpose.We believe leadership begins with the woman behind the title. Through personal enrichment, leadership experiences, meaningful conversations, workshops, coaching, and community, we walk alongside women as they continue evolving personally and professionally while leading with compassion, confidence, and intention.At the heart of our work is the belief that self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a leadership priority. When women intentionally care for themselves, invest in their personal enrichment, and make space to be poured into, they lead with greater clarity, wisdom, compassion, and joy.
For years, I’ve been told, “You’re so strong.” While I understand the compliment, I’ve learned that being strong can be exhausting. Sometimes strength isn’t a choice; it’s simply what life requires. Every woman deserves a space where she doesn’t have to carry everything alone. She deserves opportunities to be encouraged, challenged, supported, and poured into as she continues leading others.We create spaces where women in leadership can continue to evolve.

Through practical tools, meaningful relationships, personal enrichment, and shared experiences, women build confidence, healthy boundaries, lasting influence, and lives that align with who they are and how they choose to lead.
RISE
Rise by lifting others.Leadership is about more than a title. It’s about using your influence to create opportunities, open doors, mentor generously, and leave a legacy that makes the path a little easier for the women coming behind you.
S.I.S. | Suffering In Silence
One of the things I’ve come to recognize is that many women in leadership quietly experience S.I.S.: Suffering In Silence. They carry enormous responsibility, make difficult decisions, pour into others, and often place their own well-being last.
